DATE / TIME / FEES: 

• Saturday, February 22, 2025 
•  9:00 AM - Doors open for check-in
• 10:00 AM - Doors are locked & caucus begins
• No one can enter after the doors are closed, so it is important to be on time.
• FEES: There is NO FEE to attend.

ATTENDEES:

• ALL Fayette County Republican voters are eligible to attend this Caucus. 
• You do not need to be a dues-paying member of the FCRP.  

BUSINESS:

• "Caucus" (gather and discuss your precinct) with your precinct neighbors. 
• Elect delegates and alternates for the  County Convention.  This process takes approximately two hours. 

IMPORTANT: Each precinct has an allotted number of delegates and alternates to be elected to the County Convention by those in attendance at the Precinct Caucus.  Unless you decline,  registration for this caucus means you will be considered to serve as a delegate or an alternate to the County Convention. You do not need to be present to be considered, but you must be registered.

Early involvement in the Party begins at the grassroots level in your voting precinct. The precinct caucus starts the process of electing delegates to the county, district, and state conventions.

You do not have to be present at this Precinct Caucus to serve as a delegate or alternate from your precinct to the county convention. If you are not able to attend this caucus but are interested in attending the Fayette County GOP convention in March as a delegate or an alternate, YOU MUST  PRE-REGISTER.  More information about pre-registration coming soon.

ATTENDEES

• Delegates and alternates who were elected at the Fayette County Convention attend these District  Conventions. 
• If you are not a delegate or an alternate you may attend as a guest.  Fees apply.

BUSINESS

• Elect the district leadership for 2025/2027. 
• Transact all other necessary and proper business of the District.
