The FCRP Executive Board Consists of 9 members. Six members - the chair, the three vice chairs, the secretary and the treasurer - are elected at the biennial Fayette County Republican Party Convention and serve for two years beginning immediately after the adjournment of the Convention. Those currently in office were elected on March 11, 2023 and will serve until the next County Convention in 2025. The assistant secretary and assistant treasurer are nominated by the chair and approved by the Executive Board. The immediate past FCRP Chair is automatically a member.
Organize events, such as participation in the Peachtree City the Fourth of July Parade and candidate rallies. Arrange for speakers at the monthly breakfast meetings. (Liaison: 1st VC Nancy Holland)
Design and implement a recruiting program for FCRP members and in February of each year assist the secretary to confirm that all members of the Executive Board meet the qualifications set forth in the FCRP Rules.
Design and implement an outreach program to reach all demographic populations of Fayette County to encourage their membership. (Liaison: 2nd VC Sherry Harris)
Manage the precinct organizations, direct and coordinate Precinct Chairmen, and work with Precinct Chairmen to keep delegates and alternates informed about the convention process and encourage their attendance. (Liaison: 3rd VC Walt Hanley)
Coordinate with the Executive Board to improve and update the rules as needed. Recommend to the County Committee whether to approve or not amendments to the FCRP Rules.

Raise funds for the FCRP to finance its operations and activities, including the Event Center.
Design and implement a public relations/publicity program to generate interest in the FCRP and its activites through the use of all appropriate media. Assure that all published content is consistent with FCRP goals and values.
