Below is a start on our Procedures Manual. I have completed 4 committees. Once we agree on the overall principle and layout, I will work on the remaining committees.  Here is what is currently completed in draft form:

5. Communications and PR
6. Fundraising
7. Membership
8. Headquarters
9. Appendix 1: Robert's Rules Meeting Tips
10. Appendix 2: Volunteer Training

Over the next month please read the draft. If you approve of the general idea and layout, I will continue to complete the remaining committees. When the rules are complete, we will be able to edit the manual and hopefully present both to the FCRP at the same time.
